Snapping Out Of The Slump…
After a long January that finished roughly, I decided to play light tonight and just play one tournament: the $3+$0.30 KO Tournament on Full Tilt. Early on I hit my straight draw and from then on it was just gradually building chips to the money. Close to the money, I lost with AK vs. KT but then found a fortunate flop after getting into the money when I flopped a set with pocket Queens vs. pocket Aces. After that, I scrapped my way to the final table and once down to 3 I held a brief chip lead before taking a few hits and then losing with A7 vs. AQ. Overall, it was a decent run for me and I picked up $144 along with $2.50 in bounties. This, in addition to my bonus, has helped me recover my bankroll and I’m almost at $2300 again.
